Top brunch spots in Singapore

A list of the best brunch spots in Singapore. Some tried and tested some new finds. All worth a lazy brunch or cheat meal.
Bon appetit!

Clinton Street Baking

A New York staple.

Have the Brioche French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Rosti, Huevos Rancheros and end it with a mean sundae.

Common Man Coffee Roasters

Has the best brew and granola bowl.

Basilico

Basilico doesn't have the quintessential brunch spread but the Sunday buffet is a luxury, to say the least. The best of Italy, all in one place.

Don't miss the cheese room which houses the works. And the cheese counter including Buratta. It doesn't stop there. A variety of tomatoes alongside makes it a course on its own.

The Coffee Academics

I love this place. Artsy and eclectic.

As the name suggests, they nail coffee.

Alter

Ego

Deadly fries, deadly drinks.

Alter Ego is the place to go for cheat day. The grilled cheese looks mean. And the sangria list sealed the deal.

Jones the

Grocer

The place for your cheese fix.

I can have a whole cheese platter. The cheese room in Dempsey Hill is evidence enough to convince one that they really know what to serve.

And the picture says it all.

Publico

The riverfront, good wine and better pizza.

What else do you need?

What to eat?

I would have the avocado smash (you can't go wrong with avocado and burrata), Black Truffle Tagliatelle, Risotto Milanese, Burrata pizza and end it all with Bambolini (if you don't know what that is, you have to go, now!).

Atlas Coffee house

Everyone seems obsessed with the Butterscotch banana pancake. It is prevalent on Instagram too.

Suggests that it is the go to!

Merci

Marcel

Paradise.

I've tried to get a table innumerable times and failed always. This spot is ALWAYS busy and the Instagram feed ALWAYS tempts me.

I will brunch here just for the poached eggs and the Finn Gin & Tonic.

The
Glass
House

Very Scandinavian.

Try the Banana and Seed butter toast.

PS. Cafe

The MVP in Singapore.

I'm listing my favourite locations in order of personal preference:

Dempsey Hill

One Fullerton

Ann Siang Hill

Palais Renaissance

Have the truffle fries and anything from the dessert list ( the sticky date pudding being the most popular from the start).
