  2. Spend a few hours at the War Remnants Museum- it is heart-wrenching, to say the least

  3. Get massages in between the exploring and eating 

  4. Attend a pottery class- I highly recommend Meow Pottery (clicking on the potter's wheel image will take you to their webpage)

  5.  Spend an afternoon cooking and learning about Vietnamese food (I loved the Saigon Cooking Class)
